(Note: Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging – refund value may be affected if items are not returned in a resalable state)
During checkout, we will collect your name and address details for delivery purposes. This will only be used by us and not distributed in any way to any other company or people. The information will solely be used for delivery of your item(s). We will also collect your email address for communication of your order details plus you can also tick to be included in our newsletter if you wish. All information is kept on a secure system and should you wish to alter them in any way, then please contact us.

We can normally ship items worldwide but this may be affected by the size or manufacturer restrictions on some products.
Once your item has been despatched, you will receive an email and your account updated with tracking details and the shipping companies information.
Please contact us via the Delivery/Returns page for a returns label or more information. Some items may not be able to be returned due to them being made specifically for the customer. You have upto 365 days to return items for any reason, however, they must be in their original packaging and fit for re-sale to obtain a full refund. We may deduct upto 50% of the items value if any damage has occurred or the item is not fit for resale. If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
